Reasons?
We eat too much. (Sugar)
We drink too much. (Sugar)
Working too much.
Not getting sleep enough.
We don’t exercise enough. (Maybe)
And we don’t take the time to look after our mental state at all.
All of these statements are true of the majority of us today. But the thing that links them all together is the fact we do not educate ourselves to understand how we can overcome all the problems of modern life.
