This is the privacy policy for ketodietandmeals.com (“Keto Diet & Meals”, “we”, “us”). We’ve written it in plain English on purpose.
What we collect, and why
Your email address — if you request the free 7-Day Keto Kickstart, we collect the email address you give us so we can send you the plan. We may also send you occasional emails about keto meals, tips and our products. Every email includes a way to opt out, and you can stop them at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing us at the address below.
Purchase information — if you buy one of our digital products, your payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver what you bought and help you if something goes wrong.
Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and to keep the site working.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- We don’t share your email address with third parties for their marketing.
- We don’t collect more than we need to run the site and deliver what you asked for.
Where your data lives
Form submissions are stored securely in this website’s database. Order data is held by Shopify in line with their own privacy policy. We keep data only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email us and we’ll sort it — usually within a few days.
